Giuramento nullo
Il giuramento dovrebbe sempre invocare un testimone: Dio, un libro sacro, la propria madre, i propri figli, la patria, qualsiasi essere o soggetto, purché stia sopra l’uomo.
Ora non usa più: si giura su niente, quindi sul nulla oppure su se stessi. Ma così, ogni giuramento è formula vuota, quindi è inesistente.
Void oath
The oath should always invoke a witness: God, a holy book, own mother, own children, own country, every person or subject, on condition that it is above the man.
Now it is not in the habit: we swear by that is non-existent, so nothing or by ourelves. But so, every oath is an empty wording, consequently it is non-existent.
